This product is made from genuine leather. Exposure to moisture or chemicals such as detergents, alcohol, oils, or cosmetics may cause discoloration, staining, or damage. As these issues are difficult to restore and cannot be repaired, please handle the product with care.

*The plating on the ornaments features a unique vintage finish, which may result in slight variations between products. This is a natural characteristic of the manufacturing process and does not constitute a defect. Please consider this when making a purchase.

*For pull-up leather, areas that are folded or scratched during the washing process may exhibit a lighter two-tone effect. This is a natural characteristic of pull-up leather and is not considered a defect.

*After the washing process for a vintage look, oil may rise to the surface, leading to possible staining. Please take extra care when wearing light-colored clothing. If you wipe the bag with a dry cloth upon receiving it, the oil will gradually dry over time, and any transfer will naturally disappear. Stains caused by this process are not considered defects and are not eligible for exchanges or refunds.

*The lining of this product is made from durable yet soft Oxford cotton, offering a natural texture and excellent durability. However, due to the nature of the material, stains or damage may be difficult to restore, and repair services (A/S) are not available. Please handle with care.

*Snagging may occur if the fabric catches on sharp objects or fingernails, and frequent friction may cause pilling.
