For us, the movement wasn't just last week, its not just now, its forever.  We will keep going, keep standing beside you.  We will keep listening, learning and loving.  We will share resources and information.  We will showcase black-owned businesses and artists.  If we mess up along the way, we will learn how we can do better and try again.  We will help out organizations in need on a monthly basis.  We will dedicate ourselves to this every week for the rest of our lives for our beloved black friends and neighbors.  Photo and Art by @bylianarae

15 PERCENT PLEDGE - Started by Aurora James, the 15 Percent Pledge calls on major retailers to pledge 15% of their shelf space to black-owned businesses.  Although this initiative is targeted for majors, ri-ri-ku wants to stand with the pledge and dedicate 15% minimum of our shop to female black-owned businesses.  If you can please take the time to check out the site and sign the petition to support:
